How to Upgrade/Downgrade Your Plan

In order to better serve our customers, we offer two plans (Free and Unlimited) to meet your unique needs. Here's a quick guide on how to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

**How to Upgrade:**



When you're ready to take advantage of our additional features, upgrading to a Unlimited plan is simple and straightforward:

Access the Pricing Page:

- From the menu bar on the app, navigate to the Pricing page.

Upgrade to Unlimited:

- On the Pricing page, you will see the option to upgrade your plan to the Unlimited version. Kindly click to the "Select" button to Upgrade your plan.



Please note that the Unlimited version includes a 7-day free trial period to explore all the features. After the trial period ends, you will be required to make a payment to continue using the Unlimited features.

**How to Downgrade:**



If you find the Free plan's features are sufficient for you, you can easily downgrade to the Free plan to continue using our app:

Go to Pricing Page:

- Like upgrading, please start by navigating to the Pricing page from the app's menu bar.

Select Free Plan:

- Once there, you'll see the Free Plan listed among the options. Kindly click on the 'Select' button associated with Free plan.



Confirm Downgrade:

- A popup will appear asking you to confirm your selection. Proceed by confirming that you wish to downgrade to the Free plan.



By following these steps, you can easily upgrade to the Pro plan to enjoy additional features or downgrade to the Free plan if it better suits your needs.

Please note that downgrading your plan will remove access to Pro features. Ensure you will not require these features before downgrading.
