How to apply Discount code

At Tepo, we're committed to providing you with the best possible value. This guide will walk you through the easy process of applying a discount code within the app, ensuring you get the most out of your experience.

What You'll Need:

The Tepo Product Options Variants app installed on your Shopify store (if you haven't installed the app, you can add it from Shopify App Store)
A valid discount code.

Applying Your Discount Code



Here's how to apply your discount code:

From you Shopify admin, navigate to Apps > Open the Tepo Product Options app



Then go to the Pricing page within the app



Scroll down to the bottom of the Pricing page, you will see a line Have a discount code? Enter here under the Pricing table. Click on the Enter here



You will see a modal appears, then enter the discount code and click on check to see its information.



View discount code information and click on Apply discount button to activate the discount



You'll be redirected to Shopify Approve Subscription page, check all information and finally click on Approve button



Once you've applied the code, you'll start a new subscription charge with the discount code applied.

Troubleshooting Tips:

Double-check your code: Ensure you've entered the code exactly, including any case sensitivity or special characters.
Check for expiration: Some discount codes have expiration dates. Verify that your code is still valid.
Contact Support: If you continue to experience difficulties, feel free to reach out to our friendly customer support team through the app

Additional Notes:

Discount codes may have specific conditions attached, so be sure to review any details provided when you receive the code. This might include limitations on expiration date, number of discounted circles,...
Keep in mind that a code can only be applied one time. New code will override the current discount.
