Refund Policy

Subscription Refund



Tepo provides a money-back guarantee for first-time users within the initial thirty (30) days after the trial ends. If our apps don’t meet your requirements and haven’t generated any orders for your store yet, you will receive a full reimbursement for the amount paid. You will not be eligible for this reimbursement if you still have our apps running on your store or if you already have an order generated by our apps.

After these initial 30 days, we have no obligation to provide a refund in the following situations:

You have changed your mind about the app.

You subscribed by mistake.

You forgot to cancel your subscription.

You don’t have any sales.

You ask for refunds of prior months.

Your store exceeds the free orders and has been charged a transaction fee for extra orders.

Please note that your uninstall date is different from the billing date. You might still be charged for a full cycle after you uninstall our app because the 30-day billing cycle resets before the uninstall date. In this case, we only refund an amount corresponding to the number of unused days in the last cycle.

Tepo does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund or compensation for downtime.
