Why My Options Are Not Showing?

Are you experiencing an issue where your options are not showing up in the app? Let's go through some common reasons and solutions to help you resolve this.

Reason #1: App Not Activated in Your Theme


If this is your first time using our app or if you've recently changed to a new theme, you'll need to activate the app in your theme settings. You can go to Theme Settings > App embeds to double-check if the app is activated.



Reason #2: Incorrect conditions




If you've set up automatic application of an Option Set to existing and future products based on conditions, kindly note that:

- All Conditions: Products must meet all specified Tag/Vendor/... criteria for the Option Set to be applied.

- Any Conditions: Products that meet any of the specified criteria will have the Option Set applied.

This ensures that the Option Set is correctly assigned to products based on your chosen conditions.

Reason #3: You have already had another option set applied to this product


Currently, our app permits the one option set to be applied to one product only. Consequently, even if multiple option sets are applied, only one option set will be displayed on the product page.

If you wish to include more options for a product, please create them within each option set and then apply them to your desired products. This ensures that your products have the necessary options available for your customers to choose from.
