Unable to Delete Add-On Products from Cart Page
Why am I unable to delete the add-on products on the cart page?
By default, add-on products cannot be removed from the cart page to prevent unwanted checkout issues. This design choice is made to ensure that customers do not accidentally remove options that come with additional costs, which could lead to confusion and dissatisfaction during the checkout process.
For example, if a customer selects options with added prices but then removes them from the cart to reduce the total cost, it could create complications. Therefore, adding-on products will depend on the number of main products by default. If you attempt to remove the main product from your cart, the associated add-on products will also be removed automatically.
To enhance user experience, we can help you add an Edit button to your cart page. This button allows customers to modify their selections directly from the cart rather than having to return to the product page to make changes.
